Our Term
- For the services contracted, one month of maid’s salary (Registration/Service Charge) should be made to hold the booking on confirmed with the requirement form, Agency Agreement and the Payments should be made on date of the housemaids joined.
- The contract between Maid Placement Agency & our respected clients for maids service will be for 12 months (1year) only, agreement has to be renewed for the next year or you may renewed for more than 1 year to avail discounts.
- Registration/Service charges will not be refunded in any circumstances if housemaids or any candidates placed.
- Maid Placement Agency has the rights to cancel the contract without giving any clarifications if undisciplined behavior, false statement and wrongful dealing found, and we are not responsible for any miss behavior or any illegal cause between candidates and clients.
- Once the maids, cooks, governess, driver or any other candidates has worked for his employer then the employer has to pay agreed salary for the number of days worked without any excuse otherwise police complaint can be lodged for such non-payment.
- If any housemaids leaves his/her jobs with own reason, different candidates or replacement will be given by Maid Placement Agency within 15 days.
- If client wants maids’ replacement or any different candidates then employer will have to inform us before 10 to 15 days.
- Employer can be charged for candidate’s background check and police verification or third-party check.
- Domestic Solutions will not be responsible for salary negotiation between employer and candidates.
- If any housemaids or candidates want to do job in abroad then he or she hasto register with us and sign the contract.
- He/She has to pay ticket charges including necessary other charges.
- Maid Placement Agency or any candidates cannot return before six months from abroad.
